Together, we made a positive impact on the environment and brought communities closer. Here are the highlights:
Event Details:

Location: Budhanilkantha Temple, Budhanilkantha Municipality, Kathmandu, Nepal
Objective: Clean public spaces and raise awareness about proper waste management
What We Achieved:
- 33 enthusiastic participants from SPIL joined forces.
- 6 enthusiastic participants from Green Smith Nepal led team.
- 2 representatives from Community Police Service Center (Nepal Police) joined team.
- 2 representatives from Budhanilkantha Narayanthan Temple Management Committee joined team.
- 28 sacks of litter were collected, totaling over 296 kg.
- Cleaner and more pleasant environment at the Budhanilkantha Temple area.
We educated everyone about the effects of littering and the importance of responsible waste disposal.
Why It Matters: Littering harms our health and environment. By working together, we can create cleaner, healthier spaces for all. Let’s continue this positive momentum!
